You will be guided to cultivate a deep connection to yourself by listening for feedback from your muscles and mind; staying finely tuned to shifts that allow for a safe and unobstructed flow of vital life force energy. This is where lasting healing can begin.
Symptoms provide both a problem and opportunity for us. The manifestation of symptoms is the only way for our bodies or minds to alert us to an imbalance that needs our attention. The inner quest is a journey of self-discovery. When we uncover the layers of dis-ease within ourselves, we see the radiance that is our true nature and begin to nourish that seed of pure potential.
