Back Pain Relief Yoga Series


This series is for those who know what it means to be limited by back pain. This class will increase your movement potential, strengthen core muscles, add fluidity and awaken your spine.

Many people have been enthusiastic to share their yoga success stories with me and other new yoga students. Explore how valuable it can be to focus on listening to your breath and your body. Yoga teaches us to synchronize breath with movement; inhaling on expanding movements and exhaling on compressing movements. This allows our nervous system to receive signals of well-being; then muscles will release their tight hold on the bones, stagnant energy will be freed and breath will flow. One positive step leads to many other positive ripple effects.

Brand New to Yoga Series


Learn the basics of movement, breath and meditation to restore the connection of body, mind and spirit. Enroll in this series if you want to review the basics again or if you are new to yoga.

Meditation as Medicine

No physical effort required in this class. Join us for guided instruction in simple meditation techniques that fit into your busy life. Learn about the medicine of the plant and tree kingdom through guided essence meditations using the finest medicinal grade essences from Wisdom of the Earth, a company whose mission is to help us all remember the love and healing benefits of the plants and trees. This may be the most important practice you'll ever learn!

Breathing Better Workshops


It's all about the breath. When we breathe fully, we feel more. We feel physical sensations and we experience our emotions with compassionate awareness. Our breath is like the doorway to our spiritual side. Come learn how to breathe better for health and harmony in both body and mind.

Power and Peace Yoga

Challenge your body, build power, ignite internal heat, cleanse, heal and release. Spiritually nourishing, peace promoting and appropriately powerful yoga. Some yoga experience would be helpful.

Yin/Yang Yoga

Beginning with passive postures and progressing into active asanas, balance abounds and inner space is achieved. Every body can benefit. Register for this series if you'd like to explore a practice that will promote balance on every level of your life. Some yoga experience would be helpful.

Well-Being Yoga

Invite well-being for your body, mind and spirit by stretching and toning, cultivating awareness and honoring inner wisdom. No previous yoga experience necessary. Modifications will be suggested for varying levels of ability.

Yummy Yoga

Smooth out the kinks, expand your breath and delight yourself with the joy of gentle movement. Register for this series if you're looking for a gentle, nourishing experience that will take away fatigue and leave you feeling abundantly healthy and rejuvenated.
